Launched in 2022, AURORA is a European project coordinated by the Valorial cluster and developed in close collaboration with Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation, Food Valley (Netherlands), Unimos Alliance (Poland) and OnTech Innovation (Spain). The objective of AURORA is to stimulate and trigger innovative initiatives around themes related to the quality, safety and authenticity of food products.
Within the framework of this project, Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation is organizing the reception of a foreign delegation in Bordeaux from June 20 to 22, 2023.
Benjamin Buaud, Nutrition Project Manager at ITERG, will speak on the topic " Clean label approaches: how to improve naturalness in food products ". He will present theUMT Actia Profeel (for a sustainable functional plant food).
