ISSFAL Congress - July 2-5, 2023
Visit 15th ISSFAL International Congress (International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids) was held from July 2 to 5, 2023.
On this occasion, Lina Toutirais, a doctoral student* in the Nutrition team at ITERG, gave an oral presentation of her work " Interactions lipids-proteins of oilseeds: impact on in vitro digestibility " as part of the Lipid Metabolism session.
Benjamin Buaud, Health Nutrition and Lipid Biochemistry Project Manager, and Nassreen Rosunally, International Business Developer, were present on the ITERG stand.
