Final of the Cap Protein Challenge, 10 May 2022

The final of the Cap Protéines Challenge will be held on Tuesday 10 May in Avignon.

This student competition aims to address the current challenges surrounding plant proteins by proposing ideas and concepts to improve the national production of protein-rich crops and to democratise their use in human nutrition.
The pitches of the 6 finalist teams as well as the winning project Cap Protéines Challenge 2022 will be presented on that day.

The winning project of the Cap Protéines Challenge will receive a cheque for €3000 and support from a technical centre in the sector.

Benjamin Buaud, Project Manager for Health Nutrition and Lipid Biochemistry at ITERG, will participate as a member of the jury.
