La plateforme CEDOP d’ITERG dispose de tous les équipements pour travailler sur différentes quantités allant de l’échelle laboratoire (<1 kg) en passant par l’étape pilote (de 2 à 100 kg) jusqu’à l’échelle de la tonne. Le hall industriel dispose d’un réacteur de synthèse basse pression 1500 L, d’équipements de post traitement (décanteurs, distillation, désodorisation) et de toutes les utilités correspondantes (vapeur, vide, froid, agitateurs, condenseurs, échangeurs à plaques, …).

Applications
- Lipochemical synthesis using any type of catalysis, such as homogeneous, heterogeneous, organometallic or enzymatic catalysis, allowing the transformation of an oil (from oleaginous plants, fruits or microorganisms), an animal fat or an oily coproduct into the corresponding lipid derivatives,
- All the unitary pre- and post-treatment operations required to obtain the lipid derivative.
By unitary operation is meant operations such as complete or partial refining, decolourisation, deodorisation, molecular distillation, crystallisation, bleaching, filtration, blending, formulation, emulsification and dewaxing. These lipid derivatives thus obtained are intended to be used for the development of new products for non-food markets (detergents, lubricants, polymers, texturisers, additives),
- unit operations such as enrichment or concentration of an oil (from oilseeds, fruits or micro-organisms), an animal fat, a lipid derivative or an oily co-product, if these concentrates or derivatives are to be used for the development of new products for non-food markets.
ITERG is certified by Ecocert Greenlife SAS, in accordance with the COSMOS standard, for its Services of :
- pressing of organic seeds,
- refining and deodorization of organic vegetable oils
- hydrogenation of organic vegetable oils
- grinding of organic materials
- deodorization of organic raw materials.
Since January 2021, ITERG has also been certified ISO22716 - Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetic Products.
