Salon Alina - September 26-28, 2023

Alina, the trade show for food industry professionals in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, will be held at the Parc des expositions in Bordeaux on September 27 and 28, 2023.

Wednesday September 27 at 10am (room 1), Franck Dejean, Head of the Analysis & Expertise Department, will give a talk on "The risk of mineral oils (MOSH/MOAH) in oils and foods".
