The IFoodEA Collective , which includes Nutrikéo, ShakeupFactory, Foodinnov and theAlliance (ITERG/IMPROVE/PIVERT), has just published Tome1 (The planet) of the white paper "Manger demain. Let's create new links in the food chain to have an impact on the planet, on people and on society".
The latter is dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of food. You'll find recommendations for initiatives and feedback confirming that it is possible to transform and innovate for a better, more sustainable food supply.
