From laboratory to industrial scale with our 300 L autoclave

Validation of pressurized reaction processes requires equipment capable of faithfully reproducing industrial conditions.
Our platform is equipped with a 300 L / 70 bar autoclave, specifically designed to guarantee stable, representative operating conditions adapted to the requirements of industrial-scale development.

This tool enables you to scale up your processes, while benefiting from the technical support of our team to optimize operating parameters and ensure reproducible results.

Equipment for scale-up

Two stainless steel reactors are available, covering the entire development cycle from exploratory testing to pilot validation:

  • Stainless steel reactor 2.5 L / 25 bar - working volume: 2 L

  • Stainless steel reactor 300 L / 70 bar - working volume: 70 L | minimum batch size: 270 L

The hollow-shaft paddle and counter-blade agitation system ensures optimum gas-liquid mixing.
The temperature range from +20°C to 250°C provides a high degree of application flexibility, while the autoclave's design allows it to be used for both :

  • liquids (vegetable oils, waxes, esters, polymers),

  • soluble or dispersible solids.

Examples of reactions

In particular, we carry outhydrogenation reactions (addition of hydrogen (H₂) to double or triple bonds ), with or without solvent, in the presence of metal catalysts (nickel, palladium, platinum, ruthenium).
These Services are certified Ecocert Greenlife SAS, in accordance with the standard COSMOS ( for marketing your organic or natural cosmetics).

Pressurized reactions

Complementary post-processing services

To optimize the quality of finished products, our platform integrates several downstream processes:

  • deodorization, for the elimination of volatile odor compounds,

  • chemical or enzymatic interesterification: rearrangement of fatty acid chains within triglycerides for targeted triglyceride modification,

  • fractionation: separation by controlled crystallization,

These services are part of an integrated approach, complementing the scale-up phase with processing tailored to the properties required.

Our platform is designed to support the transition from laboratory-scale testing to pilot-scale validation. Our team provides expert advice to help you optimize your pressure reaction processes.
