For the period 2024-2025, ITERG has defined a proactive action plan aimed at consolidating its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
In line with its Contract of Objectives and Performance (COP) 2024-2027, the Institute has carried out a CSR diagnostic to identify its strengths, areas for improvement and priorities for action.

As part of this initiative, ITERG conducted an in-depth analysis of its internal and external stakeholders. This step is essential for understanding the expectations of the various parties that interact with
the institute and for adjusting engagement strategies accordingly.

Stakeholders have been grouped into several categories, referred to as "families," which represent the various groups that influence or are influenced by ITERG.
