On June 11, the three laboratories accredited by the International Olive Oil Council (IOOC) gathered for an exceptional day dedicated to the sensory analysis of olive oils.

The day brought together :

  • ITERG (Institut des Corps Gras),
  • CTO (Olive Tree Technical Center),
  • SCL Marseille (Service Commun des Laboratoires).

Over the course of the day, our experts discussed sample tasting procedures with a view to harmonization. This event is part of our ongoing commitment to offer the best quality guarantees to our customers, particularly in the sensory analysis of olive oils.
