On June 11, the three laboratories accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC) gathered for a special day dedicated to the sensory analysis of olive oils.
The day brought together :
- ITERG (Institut des Corps Gras),
- CTO (Technical Center for Olive Trees),
- SCL Marseille (Service Commun des Laboratoires).
Throughout the day, our experts discussed the tasting of samples with a view to standardizing the process. This event is part of our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with the highest standards of quality, particularly in the sensory analysis of olive oils.
